About The Role As a Senior Marketing Executive Luxury, you will support the Lead Brand Marketing Manager on the development, strategic thinking and delivery of key projects and brand initiatives to build engaging campaigns & experiences for our Al Tayer Insignia customer and target audiences. You will be looking after an exciting brand portfolio consisting of Armani Group (Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange), Missoni, Moschino, Gianvito Rossi and Alaia. What youll be doing xc2xb7 Build monthly calendar for PR & Marketing and ensure they are aligned with content calendars and business priorities xc2xb7 Lead ideation on monthly activities and creative storytelling in coordination with internal departments (content, social, creativexe2x80xa6) ensuring consistency across platforms xc2xb7 Recommend creative and cost-effective marketing activities and source events/sponsorships to consider partnering with to build brand awareness across key markets xc2xb7 Manage and oversee brand marketing spend ensuring all activities are within budget making savings where possible xc2xb7 Be the expert on market trends and share findings internally to leverage across campaigns xc2xb7 Drive branding activities in line with buying team priorities xc2xb7 Develop partnerships with key brands to drive on-site traffic and differentiation from competition xc2xb7 Sign off artwork ensuring brand tone of voice and image is maintained xc2xb7 Drive media campaigns alongside digital marketing team, ensuring trackable KPIs and brand building activations xc2xb7 Support head of marketing and engagement manager in executing CRM and loyalty strategies and tactical plan to increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. xc2xb7 Liaise with internal & marketplace teams on GWP selection & tactical promotions xc2xb7 Build the cross-category/cross-brand customer profile and identify activities to target each segment xc2xb7 Work closely with social media team on strategy building to drive growth across platforms xc2xb7 Build brands in partnership with key About You You should hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing and Communications and have at 5 years experience with at least 3 of those being with the retail or fashion industry. You will have a good understanding of the luxury retail industry and are extremely customer focused. Strong analytical skills, including a good command of analytical software / tools and strong leadership and communication skills, including being able to lead cross-functional teams to help achieve specific targets and goals.
