1. Define marketing scope, goals, KPIs, plans and deliverables that support event requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to establish final creative concepts, marketing, branding and communication plans, including any adaptations for each project.
2. Effectively communicate project expectations to event team members, other FLASH departments, third parties and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
3. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary related to marketing.
4. Liaise with and seek written approval from relevant stakeholders for all marketing (Media & BTL Plan) and communications material including promotional ideas, any ongoing updates, amendments or additions, prior to the commencement of any campaign for each project.
5. Work with Operations department to deliver event beautification plan, on time and on budget.
6. Manage and liaise with media partners and negotiate new contracts with the aim to reduce cost and increase media value impact.
7. Ensure that Value in Kind (VIK) is valued, record and adopt a recording process that is compliant to accounting standards (Auditor approved).
8. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel in various departments and specialist roles.
9. Ensure that the Department provide weekly update on the status of contracts, LPOS and invoices (pending, awarded, paid, accruals) related to marketing.
10. Contribute in developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations including monthly management and board reports related to projects.
