Job Description

Establish and maintain enterprise wide process modelling standards, frameworks, and governance models. Ensure ARIS Business Process Platform is effectively utilized for process modelling, process architecture, and documentation. Define and enforce best practices for process design, process mapping, and version control within ARIS. Lead process modelling efforts across different business units and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Act as the ARIS platform owner, managing configuration, administration, and continuous improvements. Business Process Management expert with regional experience with Proven expertise in ARIS Business Process Platform for process modeling and governance. Hands-on experience with process automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives using systems like Pega/Appian or equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP), Six-Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle in line with scope, budget, timeline and reporting to senior management Excellent analytical skills; proven ability to solve problems creatively Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Business/Information Systems. 8+ years relevant experience in function/region/industry * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
