Job Description
FACILITY MANAGEMENT:
- Manage and define the overall UAE Region Facility Management scope of works and ensure regular revision of scope based on organizational and operational requirements.
- Lead on all Facility Management tender processes for DPW & Jafza, analyze final recommendations, and make final decisions on service provider selection based on operational requirements while optimizing commercial guidelines.
- Manage and oversee the overall mobilization and onboarding of new service providers and ensure service levels are met and managed as per contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage and oversee all DP World UAE Region Facility Management contracts, such as cleaning services, hard services, environmental services, etc. and ensure all contracts are updated as per the current or future operational requirements as per the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee the day-to-day schedules of vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Manage the internal inspection programs and verifications of works completed (PPM, CM, EM, etc.).
- Manage the overall budget allocated to the DP World UAE Region Facility Management operation, specifically Opex, Capex, and operational variables.
- Lead the monthly performance management meetings with Facility Management service providers management teams.
- Develop weekly, monthly and yearly reports to accurately reflect the condition and status of work at site and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- Lead the DP World Facility Management section, and manage the overall section KPIs to ensure organizational standards and requirements are met.
- Support with internal and external audits on Facility Management section.
- Provide the Head of Department with all required information to be shared with Higher Management when needed.
