Job Description

Strategy and planning:

Lead the development of trade marketing strategies to achieve business goals, establish channel strategies, and create promotional plans tailored to specific customers and channels.

Campaign execution:

Execute in-store campaigns and promotions, implement merchandising and visibility programs

Sales and marketing alignment:

Collaborate with territory teams to ensure alignment on needs and marketing initiatives. Provide marketing assistance to the territory team.

Budget and performance:

Manage trade marketing budgets and monitor all investments to ensure cost-effectiveness and track the performance of campaigns.

Market analysis:

Analyze market trends, gather insights on consumer behavior, and monitor competitor activity to inform strategies.

Relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, malls, and customers.

Conduct and manage research:

Design, execute, and analyze primary and secondary market research, potentially managing relationships with external research agencies.

Data analysis:

Structure large datasets, use analytical techniques, and develop models to understand customer behavior and market trends.

Strategic advising:

Provide data-driven insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business direction.

Performance monitoring:

Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize ROI.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with teams in marketing, finance, Data analytics, Shukran and other departments to ensure strategies are aligned with consumer needs and insights.

Reporting:

Prepare and present clear, concise reports on research findings and strategic recommendations.

Identify growth opportunities:

Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify potential areas for business growth and new opportunities

Analytical and statistical skills:

Proficiency with statistical and analytical techniques, and comfort with analytics software and programming languages is often required.

Market research expertise:

Experience with various research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research.

Strategic thinking:

The ability to connect data-driven insights to broader business objectives and long-term strategy.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data in a clear, understandable way to various stakeholders.

Project management:

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
