Supporting the Head of Transformation & Strategy you will be responsible for enterprise-wide strategy implementation for this leading bank in the UAE.

Key to the role is to own & drive change across the organisation.

With a demonstrable background in executing projects, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of key CEO projects aligned with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives.

This position is critical for translating high-level strategies into actionable plans and ensuring their effective execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management and stakeholders to drive initiatives that contribute to the bank\xe2\x80\x99s growth & long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning \xe2\x80\x93 collaborate with senior management to understand & refine strategic goals and objectives.
• Fully own and lead the end-to-end delivery of top strategic projects driven by the CEO ensuring mobilization & implementation of these in conjunction with the Banks strategy roadmap.
• Lead the mobilisation & integration of individual workstreams with tactical activities to drive the implementation of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategy (across various functions such as; Personal & Wholesale Banking Groups, Treasury and Risk.
• Project Management \xe2\x80\x93 lead & oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope & to budget.
• Ability to understand project initiatives and actionable will deliver against the strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration \xe2\x80\x93 working closely with various departments & teams to align project activities with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, ensuring seamless execution.
• Define and implement the process of management and review (both at a workstream level and senior management/GM level) to monitor the execution of key initiatives.
• Performance monitoring \xe2\x80\x93 develop & implement monitoring & reporting mechanisms to track project progress & performance against strategic goals.
• Strong Communicator \xe2\x80\x93 maintain clear & extremely transparent communication with the CEO & stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones and outcomes.
• Preparing best-in-class executive presentations including; storyboarding, communicating requirements, gathering inputs, and organising decks in a compelling manner.

You:

• Proven experience / background in project management, strategy execution or related roles within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong communicator in English both written and verbal.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience executing and managing strategic projects.
• Solid banking exposure and a good understanding of banking regulations & industry trends.
