Position Overview
The Senior Manager - Quality role in Dubai leads the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of quality standards across the Retail Discount business. This position ensures compliance, operational efficiency, and consistent customer value by working closely with Commercial, Operations, and Support Functions to protect brand reputation and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality policies, processes, and KPIs across the Retail Discount business
• Develop and enforce product quality standards for fresh, ambient, and non-food categories
• Monitor supplier compliance through audits, inspections, and performance scorecards
• Ensure pricing, labeling, packaging, and promotional activities meet regulatory and internal standards
• Review store and warehouse processes including cold chain integrity, handling, shelf-life monitoring, and markdown practices
• Track, investigate, and resolve customer complaints related to quality, pricing, and stock discrepancies
• Lead root cause analysis for quality incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Drive quality awareness, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present quality dashboards and governance reports to senior leadership

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or Quality Management
• Professional certifications such as ISO, Six Sigma, HACCP, or Lean are preferred
• 7 to 10 years of experience in quality management, commercial governance, or retail operations
• Prior exposure to FMCG, Retail Discount, or value retail environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
