Exhibition procurement is the process of sourcing and acquiring all the necessary goods, services, and resources for a successful exhibition, including planning, negotiating, ordering, and managing the delivery of everything from raw materials to marketing collateral. It involves defining goals, budgeting for costs like staff, materials, and transportation, and securing everything from exhibition stand materials and branding to products for sale and payment systems. Set goals and budget:
Determine sales goals, identify the products you will sell, and calculate the costs for necessary raw materials, equipment, staff, and transportation.Create a timeline:
Start planning at least three months in advance, as effective selling at an exhibition requires a strategic, organized approach.Price products appropriately:
Factor in all exhibition-related costs when setting prices to ensure profitability.Sourcing and logistics
Identify needs:
Determine exactly what you will need to procure, such as exhibition stand elements, promotional materials, and inventory.Procure materials:
Acquire all necessary materials, including roll-up banners, flyers, branded packaging, and price tags.Secure necessary equipment:
Arrange for items like display stands, payment systems (like a POS machine), and account details for transfers.Plan transportation:
Organize the logistics for both staff and products to and from the exhibition venue.Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in events and exhibition management and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
