Key Responsibilities
Act as finance lead for ERP implementations and enhancements
Ensure SAP and satellite systems follow standardized, automated processes
Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven insights
Implement compliance frameworks, dashboards, and exception alerts
Reduce audit risks through strong internal controls
Develop policies, procedures, and governance structures
Deliver training to finance teams on controls, analytics, and compliance
Collaborate with business and IT teams across 10+ automotive entities
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems
6-8 years' experience including at least 4 years ERP process support
Preferred certifications: CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, PMP
Experience in automotive or retail industry
Strong knowledge of SAP inbound/outbound processes
Analytical mindset with strong governance and risk management skills
