Experience:
8-10 years in CSR, philanthropy, or community-focused program management, preferably in corporate or public sectors.
Proven experience in building and managing partnerships, as well as developing large-scale employee volunteering programs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in international development, social sciences, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
