About Region APAC

Region APAC was established in 2020 and it is one of the 7 Regions of the International Operations. Our region covers 20 countries in total, the main parts of the region are geographically in Asia & Pacific, but we also cover Oceania (Australia & New Zealand).

The Region has over 3000 employees and consists of seven elevated affiliates: Oceania, India, Korea, Iran, Thailand, Indonesia and Pakistan as well as a Business Area covering South-East Asia (BASEA) responsible for these 11 countries: Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

The Position

The OCM Senior Manager drives change by focusing on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The role requires the ability to drive a transformational agenda and connect commercial strategy to organizational, digital and people strategies.

In this role you will

  • Design and implement change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption, value creation and maximise impact of key cross functional initiatives.
  • Work proactively with cross functional teams and initiative owners to lead organisational level change management, during and after implementation of new processes, way of working or organisational setup.
  • Be responsible for conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful and value driven communications strategy and plan to ensure consistent messaging across programs to identified stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison to business leaders project sponsor and project owners to promote program advocacy and generate overall support for achievement of program objectives and activities.
  • Facilitate change workshops, manage the training approach and delivery, and subsequent follow-up activities, including effectiveness assessment and subsequently reinforcement
  • Work with project team members to support OCM-related risk mitigation / issue resolution
  • Partner closely with HR and Commercial teams, as well as external change management experts, to build change management capabilities through training, coaching and mentoring.
This role is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on business performance and shape the future of our Commercial organisation where you will be expected to drive positive change and deliver high standards of execution. You will be part of core team for spotlight projects such as FFCE (Future Frontline Customer Engagement), FIT (Frontline Incentive Tool), MCE (Multichannel engagement), BIG 5 among others

Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you have previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and be familiar with pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical and market access. You have several years of proven change management experience with large business transformation initiatives and working with change management methodologies and tools. You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and are able to establish and build strong relationships and influence others towards a common vision or goal. You are flexible and adaptable, comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. In addition, you bring a solid understanding of business dynamics and in particular frontline life and what is required to successfully implement processes, systems and solutions across different geographies. Excellent written and verbal communication is expected.
