-Manage and maintain client relationships; become the day-to-day point of contact for clients.

-Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of media planning including performance marketing and eCommerce across multiple channels.

-Develop tactical campaign planning presentations and media plans based on thorough data analysis, audience insights and consumer journey, understand business challenges and market changes, competitive landscape analysis, cost-efficiency optimization.

-Possess in-depth knowledge of all digital disciplines including paid search, paid social, programmatic/ display, affiliates, online video etc. Offline media planning experience is a bonus.

-Ensure performance marketing frameworks and planning output is best-in-class by adopting an always-on innovation mindset.

-Lead on client communication, campaign planning, optimization and reporting across planned digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta/Snap/TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter Business Manager.

-Understanding of the fundamentals of eCommerce and measurement models.

-Utilize data efficiently and derive insights for evaluating campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations for upcoming campaigns.

-Provide guidance to the team in day-to-day tasks establishing effective processes for evaluating and tracking delivery of campaign KPIs.

-Proactively look for ways to improve campaign performance and introduce new approaches that will contribute to clients\' success.

-Understand in-depth the consumer journey and how to leverage data-driven insights for better efficiencies to drive better campaign outcomes.

-Be familiar with and use analytics tools and ad platforms to make informed decisions pertaining to campaign planning and performance.

-Work closely with the Business Director to ensure high level of client satisfaction across your given remit.

-Collaborate with the planners and operations team to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, optimized regularly and achieve KPIs by providing guidance and support with troubleshooting.

-Manages and mentors team members, builds relationships with vendors, finance teams and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

-Agency experience is mandatory.

-Minimum 8 years of agency experience in media planning including digital, performance marketing and eCommerce.

-Proven experience in client management (this is a client facing role).

-Management experience of at least 2+ subordinates.

-Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and provide data-driven recommendations.

-Familiar with and experienced in web and app analytics platforms, attribution models and other ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Snap/TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter Ads Manager).

-Passionate about performance marketing excellence, proactive with an innovative mindset.

-Serving as a key performance marketing stakeholder internally, you will be looked upon as one of several champions across your channel disciplines.
