Responsibilities:

-Lead the development and execution of media plans across multiple clients and industries.

-Work along with reporting manager taking into account both the client\'s and the agency\'s key performance indicators.

-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, translating strategies into innovative media, and working well under pressure.

-Build a strong rapport with clients and business partners.

-Quality control for all media planning.

-Overseeing team on day-to-day projects.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies.

-Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.

-Mentor and guide junior planning team members.

-Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Qualifications

-Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

-8-10 years of experience in media planning or related role.

-Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of planning managers.

-Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

-Digital Certifications across the major platforms, including Meta (FB & IG), Google, Snap Chat, Twitter & TikTok, in addition to familiarity in industry developments & initiatives Ie: commerce, Metaverse, NFTs, etc...

-Experience in business development.
