Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top - tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Manager - Master planning & Landscaping who will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing all the conceptual and final design deliveries. The responsibilities of the role include -
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Provide technical support to project management during all project stages
- Mentor project staff and ensure the delivery of quality work
- Review and assess the population and GFA demands thru the all-project stages
- Seeking opportunities for further work with clients
- Responding to ad hoc client and stakeholder requests
- Quick turnaround for short planning, urban design exercises.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in master planning and landscaping
- Minimum 10 years experience in GCC preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Supervision and management experience.
- Ability to lead the team as well as work as part of a team.
- Must work extremely well under pressure.
- Strong training skills and experience.
