The Role
Senior Manager Master Planning - Abu Dhabi, UAE Our client, a real estate development company in Abu Dhabi, UAE are seeking to appoint a Senior Manager, Master Planning to work with their massive portfolio. Responsible for master planning design management composed of leading, coordination, reviewing, assessment, commentary, and technical approval of master plan design deliverables during all master plan stages (Vision - PCMP - Framework \xe2\x80\x93 CMP \xe2\x80\x93 DMP). Accountable for developing master plans that conform to project/development brief.

Accountable for developing master plans that conform to project/development brief.
Requirements
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Master Planning and Design, and/or Master\'s in Urban Design or in Real Estate (optional) - 10+ years of experience in master planning and/or real estate master planning across asset classes with medium and large developers or authorities. - Can speak Arabic and English languages. - Proven Experience in managing planning processes for developments - Extensive knowledge of master planning design and real estate value chain from visioning, and idea generation to the construction phase - Understanding land use and products with non-revenue versus revenue generation potential. - Proficiency in DMT\xe2\x80\x99s requirements for master plan approvals - Excellent project management skills, ability to manage at least 2-3 master planning projects simultaneously - Proficient in Report creation and writing (Adobe Indesign, Word, PowerPoint) - Proficient in Tabular Data Creation (Excel).
