Mark Williams is currently working with a prestigious UAE Government Entity. We have an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a strong revenue accounting background.

The role:

? Ensure compliance with the rules and legislation issued in relation to the pricing of government fees, charges, levies and penalties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate revenue schedules, reconciliations, and related financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of revenue-related disclosures for external financial statements.
? Monitor challenges and risks that may affect the implementation of initiatives related to the development of government non-tax revenues and develop recommendations to address them.
? Supervise the reporting and control of all types of non-tax government revenue collection records.
? Prepare reports on pricing government services, fees, charges, levies and penalties, among others, and submit them to senior management.
? Supervise the development and issuance of instructions and forms for preparing and implementing the revenue budget for government departments and agencies, including revenue targets based on the financial policy of the government.
? Contribute to the preparation and development of strategic and operational plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.
? Contribute to the development of the administration\'s budget, ensure compliance with the specific policies and laws, face any problems and challenges in a timely manner, and submit the appropriate ones to the direct manager.

Requirements:

? As per client request a UAE National with family book is preferred
- 8+ years of financial management accounting/revenue accounting experience
? Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
? Excellent communication and written skills in English and Arabic
