Role Summary
The Senior Manager Internal Communications is responsible for shaping and delivering internal and leadership communications that reinforce company values, support people and culture ambitions, and enable effective cross-functional collaboration across Majid Al Futtaim.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of internal and leadership communications aligned with Group culture and people objectives
• Partner closely with People and Organisation teams to engage employees through effective, people-focused communications
• Provide strategic counsel to stakeholders, ensuring all communications align with corporate communications strategy, policies, and guidelines
• Support the VP Corporate Communications and contribute to rapid response and crisis communications when required
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver integrated communications that advance corporate ambitions
• Co-develop and deliver engagement initiatives with the wider Corporate Communications team to support reputation and business goals
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance employee experience and communications impact
• Ensure all communications comply with brand guidelines, content standards, and company policies

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media and Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications roles, either in-house or agency
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Highly articulate communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Proven ability to build relationships and motivate teams across diverse backgrounds
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing skills with attention to detail
