Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve internal and leadership communications that reinforce company values, culture, and engagement across the Group
• Partner closely with People and Organization teams to deliver effective, people-focused communication initiatives
• Provide strategic counsel and guidance to senior stakeholders to ensure communications align with corporate communications strategy, objectives, policies, and guidelines
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver integrated communication strategies that support business ambitions and collaboration
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive and industry landscape to ensure communications are relevant and aligned with Majid Al Futtaim's market leadership position
• Support the VP Corporate Communications in rapid response and crisis communications related to reputational risks or market events
• Position, promote, and protect the Majid Al Futtaim brand and reputation within the scope of internal communications
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, content standards, and company policies
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance employee experience and communication effectiveness

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media and Communications, or a related field
• Minimum ten years of experience in internal communications, either in-house or agency environments
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Highly articulate communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Proven ability to build relationships and motivate teams across diverse backgrounds
• Advanced writing, editing, proofreading, publishing, and content presentation skills
