Majid Al Futtaim Holding is hiring a Senior Manager - Group IT Controls to lead the design, implementation, and continuous monitoring of IT general and application controls across the holding company and its operating entities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring robust governance, risk management, and compliance across all IT systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT control framework encompassing IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, and system change management across all group entities.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate IT control gaps, proposing and executing mitigation measures to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits by facilitating IT control testing, documentation, and follow-up on remediation actions.
• Ensure adherence to global and local compliance standards including SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, and UAE data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with Group IT, Finance, and Operations teams to embed effective IT control mechanisms in ERP systems and critical business applications.
• Oversee system access controls, user provisioning, and segregation of duties (SoD) to ensure security and minimize risk of fraud or unauthorized access.
• Drive the automation and enhancement of IT control monitoring processes using GRC and other automation tools.
• Maintain oversight of IT control performance metrics and regularly report risk findings, issues, and control effectiveness to senior leadership.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by embedding proactive risk and control practices within system and process design.
• Mentor and guide IT control analysts, building internal capability across the group for control governance and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT audit, IT controls, or risk management, including at least 3-4 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of IT control frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and cloud platforms such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Skilled in evaluating access management, change control, and data protection processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent professional credentials.
