The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Senior Manager - Global Medical Operations role will make an impact:Drive medical operations excellence by ensuring the efficient execution of strategic initiatives across global and regional Medical Affairs teams. Lead the creation and distribution of medical newsletters, providing regular updates on medical affairs activities, portfolio updates, and best practices. Develop and maintain centralized dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure project effectiveness. Ensure alignment of medical strategies with business objectives through data-driven decision-making and structured medical operations processes. End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of team's medical projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and efficient resource utilization. Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks, proactively implement mitigation strategies, and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth execution of medical initiatives. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Process Optimization & Standardization: Implement best practices in project management, ensuring continuous improvement, efficient workflows, and adherence to compliance and quality standards within Medical Affairs. Organize and manage medical community meetings, and stakeholder events, ensuring seamless logistics and engagement. Support external partnerships with medical institutions, patient advocacy groups, and scientific organizations to strengthen medical outreach efforts Manage and enhance digital medical platforms, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and AI-driven engagement models. Oversee data-driven KOL mapping and social media analytics, leveraging technology to improve medical engagement strategies. Work with the digital team to optimize medical operations tools and systems, ensuring improved user experience and operational efficiency. Tracking expenditures and ensuring financial compliance across projects.

About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Industry experience of at least 15 years and experience in medical operations of 5 years or more Bachelors or Masters in Business Management is desired Strong interpersonal skills, able to set priorities and lead cross-functional teams in complex project settings. Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and engage effectively with vendors and stakeholders. Proven experience in medical operations, project management, and business analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong expertise in digital transformation, omnichannel medical engagement, and CRM/analytics tool optimization. Demonstrated ability to conduct needs gap assessments and translate findings into actionable strategies. Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global organization, particularly in Medical Affairs. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of executing large-scale medical projects. Ability to effectively manage budgets, vendors, and digital platforms to drive operational efficiency.
