JOB TITLE
Senior Manager Funding & Investor Relations | Emirati Talent | Finance | MAF HOLDING
ROLE SUMMARY
Identifying funding needs of Group companies & proposing/arranging funding solutions
Active member of the capital market team, providing support for regular update of the Group's capital market programmes and issuances.
Supporting the Investor Relations function, including website content ownership.
Supporting relationship management with Lenders and Credit Rating Agencies.
ROLE PROFILE

• Analyze funding requirements of the businesses based on business plans
• Propose/ arrange funding solutions at Group and Operating Company level
• Liaise with banks to structure and negotiate credit facilities, in consultation with Legal
• Partner with Sustainability department to align funding activities with the company's ESG objectives, where applicable
• Investor presentation preparation and updates
• Responsible for IR website content
• Ensure bi-annual financial results press release is prepared and released in timely manner
• Liaise with Corporate Communications regarding press releases, annual reports and other ad hoc requests
• Prepare annual rating agency presentation
• Coordinate with internal parties for annual rating agency meeting preparation
• Ongoing management of relationship with rating agencies, including quarterly reports and ad hoc requests
• Prepare quarterly compliance certification for capital markets programmes
• Monitor and deliver loan compliance certificates, sustainability compliance certificates and financial statements to lenders in timely manner
• Responsible for timely release of financial statements and ad hoc announcements to listing authorities
• Provide support for annual capital markets programme updates, debt issuances and any other ad hoc projects
• Contribute to environmental stewardship at Majid Al Futtaim by aligning work practices with ISO standards and enhancing relevant systems for maximum effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7 years of experience
• Bachelors degree
• Others - Official Treasury Certification - ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) strongly preferred
