Key Responsibilities

• Position, promote, and protect the Majid Al Futtaim brand and corporate reputation across external platforms and partnerships
• Co-develop and deliver integrated engagement programs with the Corporate Communications team to achieve Group reputation objectives
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure a unified communications strategy that advances business priorities and strategic goals
• Develop deep understanding of the competitive and geopolitical landscape to provide relevant, grounded communications counsel aligned with Majid Al Futtaim's regional leadership position
• Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders to ensure all external engagements align with corporate communications strategy, policies, and governance
• Support the VP Corporate Communications in rapid response and crisis communications related to reputational risks, market events, or emerging issues
• Manage and ensure compliance with content standards, brand guidelines, and company policies across all external communications
• Track industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance communications effectiveness and employee experience

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media and Communications, or a related field
• Ten or more years of experience in in-house corporate communications or agency environments
• Proven track record leading external communications strategies, including digital communications ecosystems
• Highly articulate communicator with exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to engage, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in publishing standards, layout, design coordination, and professional content delivery
