Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies for market expansion and growth, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of strategic fit.
Lead negotiation and deal structuring, including term sheets, contracts, and closing agreements.
Manage investment portfolio performance and monitor financial performance, taking proactive measures to maximize returns and minimize risks.
Develop and maintain relationships with investment partners, industry experts, and other external stakeholders to identify potential investment opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business development, to support the execution of investment strategies and ensure alignment with CAFU\'s overall growth goals.
Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to support their professional growth and development.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in investment management, corporate development, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills, with experience leading complex transactions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and developing teams.
