KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery for ERP support and upgrades.
• Ensure alignment of ERP capabilities with evolving business requirements.
• Govern ERP change management, configuration, testing, and documentation processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and effective communication across departments.
• Oversee ERP project execution within time, scope, and budget.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP ecosystem.
• Evaluate emerging ERP technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).
• Knowledge of system integration, data architecture, and business process reengineering.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Desirable Qualification: Master's in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Work Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with 6+ years in ERP system management and implementation.
