Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the enterprise CRM strategy and roadmap aligned with DP World's customer engagement objectives.
  • Lead CRM transformation projects to integrate and optimize sales, marketing, service, and loyalty operations.
  • Partner with business and digital leaders to ensure CRM platform scalability, cross-system integration, and user adoption.
  • Oversee CRM vendor selection, contract negotiation, and implementation management for enterprise-wide deployments.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in CRM management and digital transformation projects.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Strong track record in delivering global CRM initiatives across sales, service, and marketing ecosystems.
