Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive corporate communications that support Group strategy and reputation goals
• Produce and oversee high-quality editorial content including CEO speeches, op-eds, annual reports, and major campaigns
• Safeguard editorial standards, tone of voice, and consistency across all communications
• Position, promote, and protect the Majid Al Futtaim brand within the scope of the role
• Partner closely with Corporate Communications colleagues to co-create engagement initiatives
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure integrated, audience-led communications
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior stakeholders in line with policies and guidelines
• Contribute to rapid response and crisis communications when required
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery and adherence to communication standards
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance communications effectiveness and employee experience

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in journalism, editorial, or senior content roles
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media and Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident presenter with the ability to articulate concepts clearly to senior audiences
• Proven ability to build relationships across diverse teams and viewpoints
• Self-motivated professional with a collaborative leadership style and positive approach to team engagement
