Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the finance function for their expanding Infrastructure arm, covering gas networks, district cooling operations, and marina assets. This is a key strategic role responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring robust financial control, and supporting long-term asset growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for the Infrastructure division, acting as the primary financial advisor to senior leadership.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across gas, district cooling, and marina asset portfolios.
• Develop and implement financial strategy to support asset optimisation, capital investments, and long-term growth.
• Manage financial modelling, business cases, and investment appraisals for existing and new infrastructure projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management across all asset classes.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to executive management.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiency, profitability, and financial visibility.
• Support the evaluation of new acquisitions, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within infrastructure, utilities, energy, or asset-heavy industries.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, modelling, budgeting, and commercial analysis.
• Experience working with regulated or operational infrastructure assets is highly beneficial.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.

Package

• 35,000 - 45,000 AED per month depending on experience
• Fast track to director
• Exposure to strategic decision-making and investment planning
