We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually agile Senior Manager to join our Investments & Asset Management team at HVS - Middle East & Africa. This role will support the Partner across the full life cycle of advisory and asset management mandates, ranging from operator search, investment strategy, asset performance reviews, and operational assessments to owner representation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of client engagements including hotel operator search, operational assessments, strategies and investment analysis
Support asset management strategy formulation, value enhancement plans, and repositioning analysis for performing and underperforming assets
Develop and review detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses
Prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations, investment decks, and client deliverables
Act as client-facing project manager, effectively handling project deliverables and relationships with project parties
Coordinate with internal HVS teams (Valuation, Consulting, and Feasibility) as well as external parties (Consultants, Operators)
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Profile
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, commercial acumen, and a strong ability to influence and lead. The Senior Manager must be comfortable managing client relationships, presenting complex concepts clearly, and working under pressure. He/She shall be adaptable, culturally aware, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where execution and delivery matter. He/Her will lead by example, are hands-on when required, and bring structure and energy to the team.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Hotel Management degree, plus MBA or equivalent
Experience: 5-8 years total experience, with minimum 2 years in hotel operations or hospitality advisory/investment
Previous experience in consulting, investment, or asset management preferred
