The Senior Manager is a strategic thinker who can identify and implement innovative solutions, has exceptional project management skills and exceptional leadership skills. Responsible for managing the project lifecycle for clients, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, as well as managing internal teams and company projects. He/she works with the leadership team to create and oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s processes. He/she and the leadership team are entrusted with the conception and implementation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision.

Responsibilities

• To define project scope, objectives, and quality deliverables that support business goals
• To identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• To facilitate meetings, particularly project meetings
• To manage project variation, ensures, and oversees project documentation is up to date
• To ensure project management best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
• To develop and manage projects budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
• To identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and services
• To collaborate with different departments and levels to ensure effective communication and coordination
• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• To develop and maintain relationships with clients
• To evaluate employees performance and manage their careers in a productive way, in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
• To contribute to attracting talent and understands the precepts of growth strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Self-confidence and positivity
• Professional level in English and preferably French
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and solve complex problems
• Experience in strategies development and implementation
• Experience in project management methodologies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Experience in CRMs and cloud platforms
• Ability to travel
