Support the development and maintenance of DCTCM's marketing planning and marketing strategies in alignment with DET's overall goals
Facilitate high-importance meetings/ interviews with internal stakeholders/ business owners to understand their marketing challenges and/ or issues
Identify internal stakeholders'/ business owners' marketing challenges and/ or issues and generate campaign ideas to address them and lead the development of campaign ideas to address them
Support the development and detailing of yearly media services management plans and provide input the budget development process
Support the selection of third-party providers and agencies for DET's media services needs
Support the relationships between DET and agencies during the development of media strategies; lead the development of relevant briefs; ensure that organizational needs are targeted during strategy development exercises
Support long-term third-party relationships (e.g. consultants, agencies) during activities related to media service’s needs; manage the approval process for media strategy and implementation planning related deliverables received from third party vendors
Manage campaign performance related report generation activities, review draft reports and conduct root cause analysis on identified discrepancies
Oversee the post-performance analysis activities and present project/ campaign results to higher management

Minimum Qualifications: University/College Degree in a related field Minimum Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience; 2 years of which in a Senior Manager position
