About the Role
As Senior Manager - Portfolio Data & AI, you will:Lead data, analytics, and AI implementation projects with measurable business impact.Oversee technology transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Guide digital engineering and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.Assess and evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and solutions to ensure strategic alignment.Translate complex technical concepts into business value for senior stakeholders.Collaborate across functions - including portfolio management, finance, strategy, and compliance - to enable enterprise-wide adoption of Data & AI solutions.
Candidate Requirements
10-15 years' experience in technology, digital, or AI-driven transformation, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.Proven expertise in data management, AI models, machine learning, and automation.Strong project delivery track record in consulting, digital implementation, or operational technology roles.Technical fluency with architecture design, software development practices, and scaling technology solutions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence (Master's preferred).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
