As a Senior Account Manager in the PR team, this candidate will be developing strong client management skills and beginning to take a leading role in expanding the business through both organic and new business growth.

The Senior Account Manager will be a multi-tasker able to work collaboratively across the team to put together solid presentations, media pitches, content writing, and basic social media strategies. They will be able to communicate confdently, think on their feet, manage relationships, and have an analytical bent of mind to reporting and showcasing performance.

This candidate will have some experience managing a small team, and be ready to take the next step in career growth towards larger teams, clients, and business volume

Technical & Product

-Able to develop presentations with a creative mindset

-Have a full understanding of workings of the media and foster relationship with stakeholders including, media, KOL\'s and influencers

-Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms

-Write content and where applicable work with extended teams in briefing and reviewing content development, including but not limited to press releases, thought-leadership, blogs, features, briefing documents etc.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

-Ensure quality output to exceed client expectation in planning, content, and outreach.

-Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with an attention to detail.

-Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to managing client business and interacting with direct reports.

-Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with little or no supervision.

People & Leadership

-Takes initiative to challenge an established point of view with respect and openness.

-Able to use storytelling to connect with internal and external stakeholders in a compelling manner to influence and inspire.

-Able to handle complex issues and make decisions even when missing information.

-Capable of proactively developing meaningful relationships with key decision makers.

-Accepts responsibility for client problems, manages conflict and actively works to solve issues internally and externally.

-Able to build succession plans and grow and mentor future talent.

-Able to provide constructive feedback to others in a timely manner.

Qualifications

-7-9 years of professional experience having worked in agency and/or client side, working with corporate or lifestyle brands.

-Experience working in a PR Agency would be highly preferred

-The candidate needs to have excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills in English (required) and Arabic (preferred), including a detail-oriented workstyle, with good time management and organizational skills.

- Presentation Skills Comes across as confident and well-prepared when making group presentations. Makes effective use of visual aids or presentation software and looks at ease while handling questions from the audience. His/her presentations hold the audience\'s attention and tend to be the right length for the amount of information covered

-Strategic Thinking -Can analyze organizational strengths and weaknesses and then combine these with knowledge of the industry, market and organization to develop long-term strategy.

-Teamwork Is an effective team player who adds complementary skills and contributes valuable ideas, opinions and feedback. Communicates in an open and candid manner and can be counted upon to fulfill any commitments made to others on the team
