JOB TITLE:Commissioning Process Senior Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To co-ordinate and lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run and normal operation of sulfuric acid plant of 800,000 TPA capacity, Potassium Sulphate plant of 260,000 TPA capacity, Di Calcium Phosphate plant of 200,000 TPA capacity, Calcium Chloride plant of 130,000 TPA capacity and Utilities.
• Sound knowledge of the technologies involved in the above-mentioned processes.
• Ability to support engineering team and provide inputs during design to facilitate the commissionability, start-up, normal operation, and maintenance of the units.
• Direct and supervise team / teams of discipline engineers in preparation and execution of commissioning of the plants assuming entire responsibility for the completion of the implementation in conformance with the client's needs and HSSE standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Extensive working experience and sound knowledge of technology involved in chemical complexes consisting of sulfuric acid plant of 800,000 TPA capacity, Potassium Sulphate plant of 260,000 TPA capacity, Di Calcium Phosphate plant of 200,000 TPA capacity, Calcium Chloride plant of 130,000 TPA capacity. Ability to commission all the equipment associated with the above-mentioned plants

Minimum Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with experience in Petrochemical and Fertilizing industries.

Experience with Licensor/Technology Provider as per below:

SAP: MECS Sulfuric Acid Technologies

DCP: Prayon Chemical Company
