Senior Manager, Commercial (ISOL TTH, IMA)

As our Senior Manager in the commercial department within Taste, Texture and Health (TTH) IMA, you will manage the commercial aspects of the legacy-DNP part of TTH business (legacy HNH scope) within the agreed IMA TTH sales/marketing strategy and budget. You will oversee the E2E Premix Performance, managing all commercial and business activities around nutrient-premixes, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Formulation, and Quality teams across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa & Turkey regions. Your responsibilities include shaping the Premix growth strategy, expanding the Premix business profitably across segments, and managing various regional commercial activities such as pricing, supply chain, demand planning, and customer negotiations. Key Responsibilities include: Translating global pricing strategies to the regional industry level and ensuring implementation. Driving sales objectives through guidance, coaching, and market analysis. Managing supply chain, inventory, and regional allocation decisions. Reporting to senior management with insightful data and analysis. Leading interfaces with global and regional teams across functions. Managing regional demand planning and driving commercial excellence. Further responsibilities involve managing Premix business growth, optimizing costs, factory capacity, and supporting long-term supply agreements with customers. You bring: 7+ years of experience in Commercial, Sales, or Product Management, with strong product strategy and marketing background. Higher education in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Business Administration. Strong leadership, decision-making, and international team experience.
