We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Artificial Intelligence & Data Science for our trusted client to be based out of their headquarters in Dubai.

Purpose-

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex business problems. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to drive innovation and deliver AI-driven products and services.

Responsibility-

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that leverage advanced techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for maximum efficiency, leveraging techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and model compression.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.
• Develop data pipelines and processes to collect, clean, and preprocess data for training and testing AI models.
• Build scalable and efficient AI systems that can handle large volumes of data and perform real-time processing.
• Conduct thorough experimentation, testing, and evaluation of AI models, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in AI engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI solutions can add significant value.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI research, frameworks, and tools, and assess their applicability to the organization\'s AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI strategies and roadmaps, aligning with business goals and objectives.

Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science,
• Engineering with 7 -10 years of experience in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms with strong programming skills.
• Solid experience in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, for building and deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark, for processing and analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
