The Senior Lubricant Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role involves structured market coverage, prospecting, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance in line with IPT Energy's objectives.
Business Development & Sales
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients within the lubricants sector.
Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in line with company objectives.
Prospect and convert potential accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
Schedule meetings and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
Build in-depth knowledge of IPT Energy's lubricant products and services to identify new opportunities.
Successfully close deals while ensuring accurate documentation and timely payment follow-up.
Account Management
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular check-ins, follow-ups, and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely product delivery.
Keep updated with product developments, industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Collections & Reporting
Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company credit policies.
Monitor sales performance against KPIs and targets, providing regular updates to senior management.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including insights and recommendations.
Contribute actively in team meetings, supporting departmental initiatives and directives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
7-10 years of B2B sales experience in lubricants, industrial, or related sectors.
Exposure to international markets is preferred.
