The Role:
As the Senior Lounge Manager, you are the beating heart of our evening operations. You are not just a manager; you are an impresario, a storyteller, and the leader of our jungle tribe. You will be responsible for curating the electrifying atmosphere Amazonico is famous for, while ensuring flawless, five-star service.

• Business Savvy: Drive revenue and exceed financial targets through strategic management of inventory, cost control, and innovative upselling techniques.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all lounge operations, including staffing, scheduling, compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining our impeccable standards of presentation.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Music, Beverage Manager, and culinary team to develop and launch captivating new concepts, events, and cocktail menus.

• A master of hospitality with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financially astute, with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control.
