Key Roles & Responsibilities . Corresponds with third party organizations regarding contract mobilization . Ensures timely personnel and equipment mobilization for diving projects . Assists in the preparation of tenders for long and short terms contracts. . Prepares purchase orders for hire of diving equipment, repair of diving equipment, hire of personnel and other services . Processes invoices and filtering correspondence whilst keeping a database for ISO Audits . Archives all project documents such as Contracts, Charter Parties, Agreements and other correspondence . Arranges insurance for equipment and personnel involved in the projects prior to mobilization . Arranges 3rd party inspection of diving related equipment. . Arranges third party attendance at vessel and yard . Registers all incoming tenders and enquiries, and assisting in the preparation of large tenders . Arranges Bank Guarantees for tender submission through the Accounts Department . Arranges flights, preparing overtime sheets and registering personal requirements of employees who do not have access to Oracle R12 . Compliance to all Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, Manuals, Procedures, Laws, Regulations and Standards . Complies and cooperates with Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations, training and initiatives

Education & Professional Qualification: Diploma Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience. Proven skills in logistic and project management within the Energy, Marine or Oil & Gas sector. Excellent communication skills. Geographic Experience: Previous GCC experience preferred Computer Skills: Computer Literate with technical proficiency and extensive exposure with MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and sound knowledge of Oracle system. Language Skills: Business English (spoken/written and read) is essential and any proficiency in other languages including Arabic would be an advantage. Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: N/A
