Key Responsibilities:
Lead lighting design for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Oversee design development, technical documentation, and project delivery.
Mentor and guide a team of designers.
Ensure projects align with Light & Lives' vision of design excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lighting design with a proven portfolio.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux / Relux, and MS Office (Revit and Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
Strong conceptual and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
