Job Requirement: Senior Life Consultants/Wealth Advisors

• Sales Experience in Banking, SME, credit cards, Financial Products
• Life insurance/Mutual Funds Sales Experience would be an added advantage
• Prior insurance/financial sales experience in UAE
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships
• Strong communication skills/Multilingual-English(proficient) and other languages
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
• Critical thinking, proactive attitude, Good communication/Multilingual skills
• Good convincing/Interpersonal skills

• Generate leads and schedule appointments
• Approach potential clients by phone, email, Social networking or in person
• Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review of client insurance options to educate clients and provide appropriate solutions like Endowment plans / ULIP / SIP / Term plan / Investments/Retirement/Pensions/Estate Planning
