Job Description

We are representing a leading international organisation in the education sector who is seeking a talented and commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to support its strategic growth initiatives across the Middle East. This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a high-impact legal function, advising on complex cross-border transactions and helping to shape regional expansion.
Key Skills:

At least 5 years' post-qualification experience.
Preferably trained at a top international law firm, with in-house experience considered an advantage, cross-border deal experience is essential.
Strong track record in advising on the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, ideally within a cross-border context.
Experience supporting large-scale development or real estate projects would is beneficial.
Proven capability in working with executive leadership, external counsel, and multi-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Comfortable operating independently within a fast-paced environment, with a proactive mindset.
