Job Description

Our client is a successful serial entrepreneur with investments in AI projects and financialmarkets worldwide. He also has multiple ongoing real estate projects in the UAE.

The Senior Legal Advisor will play a vital role in providing counsel and operational supportacross a wide spectrum to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and protect the client\'s rights.He/she will assist in the oversight of a broad range of matters including M&A and cross-border tax subjects and ensure the perimeter of operations within the limits prescribed bylocal and international regulations.

Responsibilities:

Advise the management and board of directors on legal issues involving legal definition,regulations, and legislation on an international level.
Prepare and execute legal documents and records, such as contracts and agreements.
Perform independent legal research, analysis, and report writing.
Interpret legal implications, regulations, and legislation.
Maintain constant communication with the management, board of directors and vendorsto ensure proper operation of the company.
Ensure legal protection of company assets.
Represent the company at meetings with government agencies, municipalities, andbusiness partners.
Support the company\'s business and legal departments during litigation and arbitration proceedings.
