Senior LED Technician

/TEAM LEAD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LED lighting systems across various projects. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to lead junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain LED lighting systems for commercial and industrial projects. Troubleshoot and repair LED fixtures, drivers, controllers, and related components. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project deadlines and requirements. Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and technical support. Keep detailed logs of maintenance and repair activities. Stay updated on the latest LED technology trends, tools, and best practices. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an LED Technician or similar role (minimum of 4-7years preferred). Strong understanding of LED technology, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., electrical license, LED technology certifications) are a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
