Position Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Leasing Officer

with strong experience in

commercial real estate leasing

within the

Qatar market

. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and able to interpret architectural layouts and fit-out drawings to match tenant needs with available spaces.

This role plays a key part in driving occupancy, managing negotiations, and supporting Amlak's vision to enhance Education City's commercial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full leasing cycle for commercial assets -- from prospecting and viewings to contract negotiation and execution. Identify and secure high-quality tenants across office, retail, F&B, and mixed-use spaces. Conduct market research to benchmark rents, analyze trends, and ensure competitive positioning of Amlak's portfolio. Review and interpret space layouts, floor plans, and fit-out drawings to assess suitability for potential tenants. Coordinate with property management, legal, and finance teams to finalize lease agreements and ensure compliance with internal policies. Maintain accurate leasing reports, forecasts, and CRM data. Build and sustain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and stakeholders. Support management in preparing proposals, presentations, and occupancy reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum

5+ years of experience

in

commercial leasing

within Qatar (real estate, retail, or mixed-use assets preferred). Strong understanding of

Qatar's real estate market

, tenant trends, and regulatory environment. Ability to

read and interpret layouts, space plans, and design drawings

. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with strong follow-up discipline. Valid Qatar Driving License required.
