Job Description
On behalf of our client, a well-established reputable international insurance broker, we are looking for a Senior Legal professional to join their growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the company operations in accordance to GCC laws
- Draft and review company\'s contracts, analyze potential related risks
- Assist in developing company\'s legal policies and procedures, ensure their implementation
- Law Degree from a well-reputed western university
- Experience in corporate / commercial law at a law firm or in house
- Previous experience in GCC, knowledge of DIFC and Saudi Market
- Insurance Industry or Financial services industry experience is a must
- Exposure to international law is a plus
- Arabic language skills
