Senior Landscape Architect

Minimum 8 years in Consultancy (UAE)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Senior Landscape Architect

to join our consultancy team. The candidate must have extensive experience in

landscape engineering services, architectural design consultancy, and project execution

in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should hold or be eligible for a

Dubai Municipality (DM) Architectural/Engineering License - Unlimited Floors classification

, with proven capability to lead and deliver large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of landscape projects in line with client and authority requirements. Provide

landscape engineering services

including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and environmental sustainability solutions. Manage multi-disciplinary coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants. Oversee preparation and review of detailed design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Supervise site works, ensuring compliance with approved designs and standards. Handle authority submissions and approvals, ensuring compliance with

Dubai Municipality regulations

. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. Mentor and support junior architects and landscape engineers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.

Minimum 8 years' UAE consultancy experience

(mandatory). Holder of or eligible for

Dubai Municipality License - Unlimited Floors

(Architectural / Landscape discipline). Strong technical knowledge in

landscape engineering and design consultancy

. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Thorough knowledge of local authority standards, especially DM and Trakhees.
