Randstad is currently looking for a highly experienced Site:Based Senior Landscape Architect to join an international landscape design team in Dubai, working on the construction supervision of a major residential development near Sports City. Responsibilities: * Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance and Control inspections, ensuring site works strictly align with approved contract documents * Lead the precise review and final approval of all incoming Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, and Mock:ups * Deliver timely, concise, and technically sound Responses to RFIs (Requests for Information) * Directly manage the submittal and sampling process for hardscape, softscape, and specialist feature materials, guaranteeing compliance with specifications and aesthetic expectations * Provide crucial site supervision and technical checks on all Irrigation Systems, Drainage, and Lighting installations * Act as the primary technical liaison, bridging communication gaps between the design office, project management team, and the main contractor/sub:contractors Requirements: * Middle East Site Expertise: Proven, extensive site supervision and construction administration experience within the UAE/GCC is mandatory * 8+ years of experience in landscape design/construction delivery * Experience working for construction supervision consultancy firms * Demonstrated expertise in reviewing complex landscape detailing, grading, and earthworks. * A Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction This is a longterm opportunity with an excellent team, please reach out to be considered.
