Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our team! In this role you will get to work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative public realm design of varying scales.
WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING:
Preparation, design and presentation of high-quality landscape concept drawings.
Preparation of technical design packages through to tender.
Contract administration of projects.
Liaise with juniors and plan, program and delegate within the team structure.
Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Irrigation Designers, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Master planners and Quantity Surveyors.
Provide routine liaison with Clients and Client\xe2\x80\x99s representatives.
Prepare contracts within budget requirements and provide accurate costing information to the client or quantity surveyors.
Develop maintenance plans for completed sites.
Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of technologies
Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.

Demonstrate an expert understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions.
Demonstrate a solid commitment to quality design.
Demonstrate solid communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Possess self-motivation, work part of the team but also have the ability to work independently.
Demonstrate an understanding of key design related computer programs such as Revit, Adobe suites and 3D modelling software such as Sketch Up and Rhino.

Competent and proven planting design and horticultural knowledge.
Professional chartership - CMLI / ASLA / ALIA
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree and post graduate qualification in landscape architecture.
Completion of the relevant professional qualifications and affiliation to a recognized landscape body in the country of education.
Minimum of 7 years related work experience post-professional qualifications.
