- \\tCreating conceptual visions for a variety of private and public-sector landscape architecture projects.
- \\tConcept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports
- \\tManagement and production of project design drafting and detailing.
- \\tIllustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
- \\tPreparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations
- \\tDesign detailing in an accurate and efficient manner
- \\tAssisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates
- \\tIllustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
- \\tAbility to thrive in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment
- \\tAbility to execute a project from concept through construction documentation
- \\tCutting edge landscape design
- \\tStrong graphic capabilities
- \\tAttend client meetings and in-house meetings
- \\tAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- \\tManage Client, Stakeholders and internal team.
- \\tA degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience.
- \\t10 or more years of work experience
- \\tA sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles, practice, work requirements, and construction methods.
- \\tCMLI / IFLA registration and internationally recognized accreditation
