Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of landscape projects from concept to detailed design stages. Prepare master plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and consultants to ensure integrated project delivery. Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements. Supervise site implementation works, ensuring quality, sustainability, and design intent are achieved. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior/lead role. Proven track record in large-scale landscape and urban design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and other design visualization tools. Strong knowledge of planting design, irrigation systems, sustainable landscape practices, and construction detailing. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
